Good Afternoon, my blog's fans give some questions for me, to know my opinion, and now I am going to answer them.
I never think of these, but now I try to develop my ideas.

1) What is your opinion about legalizing abortion in some cases? by @cotopsu99
Hi cotopsu99, First I must to explained the propose of the law of abort in 3 cases, it was necessary, because the principal victim of the cases of abort (violation, risk of death, Stillbirth), was girls of 9 to 15 years old, I think that it is very necessary.
I have a problem with free abort, because I believe that life begins at the moment of our conception, and in the theory, is a killed of a human, but I must recognize, that the conditions of our country are not adequate for the correct development of a child and if we do not upgrade the system of SENAME, we don´t have the right of opposition to abortion 

2) What is your opinion about legalizing marijuana and other drugs? @Thucattabalde
Hi dear Thucattabalde think that drugs shouldn´t be legal, because they provoke a lot of diseases, mental and physical. But I also included cigarettes, because it is very dangerous too. Drugs are dangerous, and it is a deadly business.
3) What is your opinion about child labor? Anonymous
I think that it should be prohibited in all countries. And when is for necessity we should create a policy of help to helpless. But I don`t have any dude of these answer, The children must stay at the school.
4) What is your opinion about the Chilean tradition called "mechoneo"’? @HugogUDI
Hi HugogUDI, I think that it could be realized, but with conditions that sure of your dignity like people, and the most important, it must be a volunteer and safety, and it's a good idea a welcome without violence nor disgusting liquid´s.

Post graduate studies

Good Afternoon, Today I am going to talk about my future after study public administration. 

First I have considered studying the postgraduate in Municipality and decentralization. Because I want to Work in Villarrica in the municipality, then I will accreditated in Public acquisitions, or in Human resources, Because is the area that I like the most.

Then I will do a master's in Public Management in the FCFM, Universidad de Chile. It is very expensive, but I would like to learn another perspective to learn about Public Administration.

I would like to study in a country with the English language, I think that I stay only in Chile, but I will take the first opportunity that I obtained.

I would like to study in the traditional system because I don't like other systems, but I don't rule out everything.  If I must  capacitate in other ways I would do it. 

I think that study some post-graduate is important because the country in that we lived need more specialty´s professional.

If I can dream I would like to study at the London School of administration. I think that if I do a master there I could feel personally fulfilled 

If I decided don´t work in Public administration I would like to do a course on parks guard, it isn´t a postgraduate, but I think that is like my alternative hahaha.

And you what do you think?

My future Job

When I was in high school, I decide to study public administration because I wanted to participate in

the politic, but now I want to work in a place in when I can impact more with my actions and decision, for example a municipality or an a regional government, but It must to be near to my family, or in a region of the south of our county.

I think that it would be more interesting if I work with directly with people, help there to solve his problems, and I help there with my knowledge or with management in my area.

Other possibility is work in the sport area in the government, I think that it can be interesting and funny, because you can work in a sport project with the people and athletes.

 I think that any work that I obtained firstly, I think that I try to give my best effort, because I would have a responsibility with the society, and  I must fulfill the responsibility. But it´s important to feel confortable in the dairy´s life, so I want to live in a calm place, In where I  can combine work with a healthy life.

Amparo Noguera

If I must to mention an a chilean tv personality, I think that is obviosly, Amparo noguera is the best actress of chilean TV. In all of novels of our national channels she was amazing in all her roles. 

She was and very experimented actress, but never deceptioned with his characters. Now I am going tal about to characters that I like so much about Amparo Noguera. Because she was a professional actress, she don´t need to be in the polemic of others programs.

1st: Clara of "Vuelve Temprano": Clara was a mother of Ignacio, a "teenager" that was killed by a unknow person, and she must to discover who is? and why?, along to the novel we can see how she transform in another person, and you can feel her hurt, and her bravery.

                     

2nd: Sor Juana of "La poseída"

Sor Juana was a Chilean noon, that must to adopt a girl with a "demonic possesion", along the novel we can see all the secrets of Sor Juana. and why do that, She must to act all types the scenes, she did it very well. I remember the scene when she must to defeat from Eleodoro Mackena, She was to defeat her daughter, yes, her daughter!, Eleodoro want to Kill Carmen, but Sor Juana, saved her

Well, If I see a tv program and she is in the repart, I think that I see the program, I think that she is the best actress of Chile, and is very bad, what happened whit she and TVN.

Winter or Summer?

When I read this topic, I thought, it is obvious, definitely Summer. but you can say, Why? and I remember the Phineas & Ferb theme:

 "Days longer, nights shortest, sun shiny"

  "Ice Cream, relaxing under the tree to think"

And It´s very funny because I lived in a town that is winter the 80% of the year, but the rest of the time is like a paradise.

Summer is the time to relax, but all of the year I wait for very special things.

I love Berries, they are my favorite fruits, I love them, because they are very delicious, and healthy.

other things that I love of the summer is the beach, because I can swim, refresh myself, eat egg bread, and a lot of things like working, playing beach volley,visiting national parks, I can do that in the winter, but it is very boring, definitely I prefer to do that in summer.

But the best thing that I like to do during summer is to  Sleep, because It is very confortable to do, and in winter It is like a torture to try to sleep because the cold is extreme.

And a freak fact:  The sun helps you to be happier.

The best Holidays

Hi dear readers. today I will show you part of my vacations of summer 2019 in Bariloche, Argentina.
San Carlos de Bariloche is a touristic city in Argentina, famous for its chocolate. I go to this place because I go with my family to celebrate the end of the school year, because my parents are teachers and My brothers and sisters study too.

Those vacations was very special because Bariloche is very confortable and funny at the same time, We eat and drink a lot of dairy products, we meet a lot of parts new for my family and for me, I love this place.
one of the best activities in Bariloche was to climb to Otto hill in funicular, it was beautiful and of course see every Bariloche from the hill.

But the thing that I loved the most was the food and of course, Ice cream it was the best that I  have ever eaten in my life, I love it seriously

I think that I will never forget Bariloche, but I will  never come back again, because "When you were happy in a place, you musn´t come back, because it will never  be the same".

Singapore, a magic place.

Hi dear readers. :D
In my life I don`t have the possibility of travel to many places, but I always  think specifically in one country, Singapore. It is a country in the Asian Continent, its very exciting the culture and the beautiful places that you can visit there.

Singapore stands out for its technological advances in transports and in every places and things, but its landscapes are amazing too. Now I am going to show you some places that I would like to visit
 1)First a parade in Merlion Park

I would like to visit this place because is a symbol of Singapur, "Merlion" is a mythological creature, that is a half fish and  half Lion.
2) Other place that I would like to visit is "Gardens by the bay"

It is a Politic of the government of Singapur to guarantee a perfect harmony between the technology and the nature.
3) And the last of a lot of places that I want to visit in Singapore is "Sentosa Island".

This Island represents all I want in a touristic place, like beach, roller-coasters, peace and fun, it is like  a dream come true.
Obviously I would like to show you more than these places, but now I can show you just a little bit of Singapore.

Oscar Ozlak

Oscar Ozlak is a famous Public manager and Political scientist, He wrote about the bureaucracy, and political contingency, in all  times of the last century. He  is also a contributor in all  theories of administration. He was born in Argentina, but  he is well known in USA and Europe like an expert in Public administration.

He wrote book like "Los miedos de los argentinos" About the fear in Argentina about  politics and the State. Now He is working on a new book, about the future with the Artificial Intelligence, with Carles Ramió, and how Public administration confronts the changes and crisis in employment

 He also wrote about the crisis in the government and the return of democracy in his book "Proceso, crisis y transición democrática, Tomo I"

 

In this Photo We are with Carles Ramió and Oscar Ozlak, in University of Concepción, Oscar talked about the work in his book and when will be published. I am between my friend of college, and him. We were so excited for knowing him and listening to his talk about his work, that day was amazing.

Dreams

When I was Child I wanted to be a writer, because I loved writing stories, about differents worlds and magic characters,etc. When I Applying to the university I seriously consider to study laws, and the score of PSU was enough, but I decide study this career because I think that I can help more people in a public service, and I like it, My experience in this university has been like a rollercoaster, one day I love all, and other day I asking to me What I am doing here?, I have many doubts but a lot of motivation too, I think that I want to work in Investigation Police, in a municipality or in the ministry of enviroment, I love this areas, but I am open to all options.

My Favorite Music

Honestly, I don’t have a favorite Music Singer, Band or Style but I am going to talk about Sia:

The First time that I listen Sia´s Music I was in Secondary, I hear in a activity of my School, in It we had to do an activity called "musicals", I hear Elastic Heart and I like it so much because 

I was surprised by the vocal record of the singer. and I was interested the story of why she hides her face. (Because she wants them to fall in love with his music and not his body). 

Another reason that why I like so much Sia, is because In Live She Sing perfectly.

Now I am listening the song "Genius" and I like it a lot. She is fantastic, and his music can be dance, very sad, or nostalgic, etc. She has music for every time and the best song are of Music of movies like "To be Human" of wonder woman, or "Elastic Heart" of The Hunger Games

Remembers

This Picture shows when my friends and I climbed "San Sebastián" path of Huerquehue National Park, this year. We climbed for nine hours from 08:00 AM to 17:00 PM, We finished so exhausted but very pleased.

The picture was taken by my best friend, we took a lot of pictures that day, because it was an unique opportunity, I like it because it shows Villarrica Volcano and the seven lakes in Huerquehue National Park, from high above, the path has 13.4 kilometers and the height is 1376 meters. It was so beautiful. The picture also shows the structure of the path that was very dangerous, because it was very slippery with little stones and We had to climb Rocks for one hour, and in the return we got lost in the park, and found a forest ranger Who also got lost in It.

I also Love this photo because it reminds me the connection with the environment and a happy moment with my friends.

Rudolf, My best friend

In My life I have had 5 dogs and 2 Cats, But I´m going to talk about the lovely pet that I  had:

When I talk about my dog, it is impossible not to get excited, Because I love it, and I miss Him so much.

Well, its name is Rudolf, and have three years old, We adopt him because, its owners left to Germany and they gift it to my Father, We was Excited because he arrived to my house in a difficult moment for my Family. It Is a Collie Dog. So beutiful, and sweet, All persons know him in Villarrica, if it go out everyone know where it is from.

Now Rudolf is very big, and welcome to every people with jumps and hugs, It love to go to Villarica´s Lake to swim and play with others dogs. 

All dogs that play with It, lose the patience, because Rudolf Love to play, I never see him tired. I can´t imagine my life without him, When I arrived at Villarrica The first thing that I want to do is hug my dog and go out whit It.

Xiaomi Cellphone "The future of economical technology"

My favorite piece of technology is my Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Global Version.

It is a Chinese Phone that offers you a new experience in speed of applications and for a very accessible price. This cellphone is very complete and in comparison with other models of the competition.

I got it when I was without  a cellphone because the previous one was stolen from me.

I use it every days, because it is very useful, it helps to do my homework at university, and it can give me internet access, when I am lost in Santiago, I active the GPS and I return to my home, when I am bored I use my cellphone to see "Malcolm in the middle". I always use my phone, because, it is useful for coordinating my life.

I would Like not to use the cellphone, but it is imposible at university or in a job because now it is the piece of technology most used in the Profesional´life. I think that I stay better off without  it, for my health, but I think that it is impossible.

Joaco´s Life

Hi my dear sucriptors!!!!!,  My name is Joaquín Ignacio Ulloa Peña, and today I will write  about me and my life.
 I was born on March 13th of 2000, in Villarrica, I studied at Camilo Henriquez School, since 2003 to 2012, in the same year I finished elementary school and then I entered "Liceo Bicentenario Araucanía" for finishing my secondary studies, now my high education is cursed at  Universidad de Chile and I´m at second year of "Public Administration".

Well  now I will show you my family´s members, My parents are Julio and Aída, they are teachers, my Dad is a Chemistry Teacher and My Mom is a Spanish teacher, I have 1 brother and 2 sisters,  their names are, Valentina, Julio and Josefa, we are a very united family, We are very Happy.

Finally I want to show you my hobbies, I love Volleyball, and Trekking it is very important to me, Because my mind focuses on the adversity.
